By accessing and using the services provided by True Homes Comforts ("we," "us," or "our"), you ("user," "client," or "you") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and True Homes Comforts. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
True Homes Comforts provides professional interior design and home decor services, including but not limited to:
All services are subject to availability and may vary based on location, project scope, and other factors. We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at our discretion.
As a client of True Homes Comforts, you agree to:
Consultation Fee: Due upon booking
Design Fee: 50% due upon contract signing, 50% upon design completion
Implementation: Payment schedule as outlined in project agreement
All payments are due within 30 days of invoice date unless otherwise specified. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly service charge. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Returned checks will incur a $35 processing fee.
Clients are responsible for any additional costs arising from changes to the original scope of work, including but not limited to material upgrades, design revisions, or extended timelines.
All design concepts, plans, drawings, and creative work produced by True Homes Comforts remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the specific project only.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, or use our designs for other properties or commercial purposes without written permission. We reserve the right to use project photos and designs for marketing purposes unless specifically requested otherwise in writing.
True Homes Comforts' liability is limited to the total amount paid for services. We are not liable for:
We maintain professional liability insurance and encourage clients to verify their homeowner's insurance coverage for renovation projects.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Termination terms:
Upon termination, clients are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date.
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which our business is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
